Thankfully, this year’s Super Bowl was exciting from the 2nd quarter on, since the commercials didn’t seem to be quite up to the norm. Still, a few did manage to catch our eye…

This year’s SuperBowl® was quite an event! Not only was the game the most exciting in years (especially in the fourth quarter), but audiences watching from home were treated to another batch of hilarious commercials and 10 (yup, 10!) trailers of this year’s most anticipated flicks!

What can cause hundreds of businesses to shut down on a Tuesday? Why, it’s the signing in of Barack Obama as the 44th President of these United States, of course! But why is everyone so excited? One word: Hope.

While not all of the states have finished tallying, Barack Obama has already been announced to have won the election to become the United States’ 44th President, making him the first African-American to become Chief Executive.

So SuperBowl XLII is in the can, and the NY Giants have come from behind to defeat the previously undefeated New England Patriots in an exciting game.
