Plot: Trying to regain some sense of normalcy in their lives after the devastating loss of their unborn child, Kate (Farmiga) and John (Sarsgaard) decide to adopt another child. At the orphanage, both John and Kate find themselves strangely drawn to a young girl named Esther (Fuhrman). Almost as sson as they welcome Esther into their home, however, an alarming series of events begins to unfold, leading Kate to believe this seemingly angelic little girl is not what she appears to be.

Plot: Low-level mob hand and loving family man Joey Gazelle (Walker) finds his life turned upside-down when he ignores the mob’s instructions to dispose of a gun used in the fatal shooting of a corrupt cop during a bungled drug buy.
