Plot: With an agent missing and a possible psychic (Connolly) their only lead, the FBI calls in a man known for his work in the paranormal at the Bureau: ex-agent Fox Mulder (Duchovny). Of course, Mulder wants to bring his old partner, Dana Scully (Anderson) in with him – but she isn’t sure if she wants to get back into that type of work. Based on characters from the TV series “The X-Files.”

Plot: When a terrorist bomb destroys a building in Dallas, Texas, FBI Agents Mulder (Duchovny) and Scully (Anderson) are drawn into a dangerous conspiracy surpassing anything they’ve ever encountered. With the dubious assistance of a paranoid doctor (Landau). Mulder and Scully risk their careers and their lives to hunt down a deadly virus which may be extraterrestrial in origin – and could destroy all life on earth.

An uneven May kicked off our Summer At The Movies – 2008 Edition: we loved Iron Man (2008), hated Speed Racer (2008) and were only ho-hum about Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian (2008) and Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of The Crystal Skull (2008).

Now, as we head into June, we look ahead to see what July has in store for us.
